Matthew Fox
I’m Matthew Fox, partner at FoxPowerIT and a lifelong technology enthusiast. I started my career in internal IT, eventually managing technology for an organization of more than 70 employees. After working with several managed service providers, I started FoxPowerIT.
More recently, FoxPowerIT joined forces with Sean Rogers and Distinctive Computer Solutions. Sean and I formed a new company together while keeping the FoxPowerIT name and brand, and today we work as partners growing the business and serving our clients. I’ve always enjoyed figuring out how things work, making them more efficient, and solving problems. I believe technology should make running a business easier, not more complicated, and I place a strong emphasis on communication, documentation, honesty, and treating people well. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, building a business has always felt like a natural path. My goal with FoxPowerIT is to create a company that takes great care of its clients and employees while giving people the opportunity to build a genuinely good career and life. Outside of work, I live in Glastonbury with my wife, Rena, our two kids, and our Siberian cat, Atlas. I enjoy disc golf, video games, Dungeons & Dragons, cars and motorcycles, sports, concerts, comedy shows, and movies. I try to approach both business and life with persistence, humor, honesty, humility, and a genuine desire to help people.

Mary Rogers
Mary Rogers wears many administrative hats, including Service Coordinator and Bookkeeper. Mary co-owned Distinctive Computer Solutions LLC for over 20 years. Mary plans to use that experience in fully supporting the FoxPowerIT staff and providing clients with exceptional care.
Mary hopes that her personal mission to spread peace, love, and happiness and make the world a better place will contribute to FoxPowerIT's success. Mary believes that rest and relaxation helps restore us for work and productivity. Mary relaxes in many ways, including reading, yoga, baking, eating yummy food, and spending time with family and friends.

Sean Rogers
Sean Rogers partner at FoxPowerIT, brings nearly 40 years of IT and computer security experience. Sean started working with computers in the early 1980s, and quickly found it interesting. After joining the United States Air Force (USAF) Sean worked on securing computer communications and networks. He then became an instructor for new recruits in computer and network administration and was a Subject Matter Expert in Windows Networks. After exiting the USAF Sean continued instructing people in computer administration and opened Distinctive Computer Solutions, LLC (DCS) which was also a managed service provider. DCS provided small businesses with computer support in CT starting in 2004. Using his instructor skills Sean has helped explain technology to businesses of all sizes and to navigate the complexities of IT with ease and calmness.
